    We start by listening: how you live, what you collect, who gathers, which rooms you wish you had. No pitch, no pressure.

    Land and Feasibility

    We walk the lot, read the survey and the soil, and tell you plainly what the site will allow and what it will cost.

  3. Movement III

    Design and Pricing

    Plans, elevations and 3D views take shape with real numbers beside them, so every idea is priced while it is still easy to change.

  4. Movement IV

    Permits and Pre-Construction

    We prepare and submit permits, lock selections and set a schedule, so the build starts with every note in place.

  5. Movement V

    The Build

    Our crews build in a disciplined order with inspections before anything is covered, a clean site every day and weekly photo updates.

  6. Movement VI

    Finish and Detail

    Millwork, tile, paint, lighting and hardware are installed with patience, then checked in daylight and lamplight.

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we are happy to provide certificates on request.

Do you work with my architect or designer?

Absolutely. We build to outside plans every day, and we can also provide design-build services if you prefer one team.

How long does a custom home take?

Design and permitting take several months, and construction often takes a year or more for a luxury home. We give you a real schedule once plans are final.
