Seven movements, one composition.
A custom home is long, complex and personal. Our process keeps it calm: clear phases, honest numbers and a team that tells you what happens next.
- Movement I
The Listening Session
We start by listening: how you live, what you collect, who gathers, which rooms you wish you had. No pitch, no pressure.
- Movement II
Land and Feasibility
We walk the lot, read the survey and the soil, and tell you plainly what the site will allow and what it will cost.
- Movement III
Design and Pricing
Plans, elevations and 3D views take shape with real numbers beside them, so every idea is priced while it is still easy to change.
- Movement IV
Permits and Pre-Construction
We prepare and submit permits, lock selections and set a schedule, so the build starts with every note in place.
- Movement V
The Build
Our crews build in a disciplined order with inspections before anything is covered, a clean site every day and weekly photo updates.
- Movement VI
Finish and Detail
Millwork, tile, paint, lighting and hardware are installed with patience, then checked in daylight and lamplight.
- Movement VII
Handover and Encore
A full walk-through, a care guide and a builder who still answers the phone long after the keys are yours.
From blueprint to built

Illustrative rendering. Every home we build starts as a drawing like this one, then gets priced, permitted and built.
What you can count on
Design-build, one team
Architecture, budget and construction developed together, so beautiful ideas stay buildable.
Licensed, bonded, insured
Properly licensed, bonded and insured, with contracts that say exactly what happens and when.
Details before drywall
We photograph and inspect the work hidden behind walls, so you can see the quality you cannot see later.
Schedules that mean it
Honest timelines, weekly updates and a project manager who calls you first with news, good or bad.
Built for how you live
Studios, theaters, kitchens made for crowds: we design rooms around your life, not a template.
Local to the last mile
We know Middle Tennessee's soils, slopes, municipalities and inspectors, which saves time and surprises.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. The first conversation is free. We listen to your goals, look at your lot or home and give you an honest picture of what the project involves.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we are happy to provide certificates on request.
Do you work with my architect or designer?
Absolutely. We build to outside plans every day, and we can also provide design-build services if you prefer one team.
Where do you build?
Across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, with a special focus on Williamson County, including Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville and Thompson's Station.
How long does a custom home take?
Design and permitting take several months, and construction often takes a year or more for a luxury home. We give you a real schedule once plans are final.
