Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. The first conversation is free. We listen to your goals, look at your lot or home and give you an honest picture of what the project involves.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we are happy to provide certificates on request.
Do you work with my architect or designer?
Absolutely. We build to outside plans every day, and we can also provide design-build services if you prefer one team.
Where do you build?
Across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, with a special focus on Williamson County, including Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville and Thompson's Station.
How long does a custom home take?
Design and permitting take several months, and construction often takes a year or more for a luxury home. We give you a real schedule once plans are final.
Can you help me find or evaluate a lot?
Yes. We walk lots with you before you buy, review surveys and utilities and flag costs that are invisible in a listing.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We prepare permit submissions, schedule inspections and keep the records so you are not chasing paperwork.
Can you do just a kitchen, a closet or a garage?
Yes. Many of our projects are single rooms or additions. We bring the same planning and craft to them as to a full home.
