Most luxury homes take several months to design and permit, then roughly a year or more to build, depending on size, site and selections. We give you a real schedule once plans are final.
Can you build on land I already own?
Yes. We walk the lot, review the survey and plan the home around the land's views, slope and trees before any design is final.
